Kelly is Hope for New Hampshire Recovery’s Center Manager at our Manchester location. She has over 10 years of experiential knowledge in long-term recovery, as well as bringing decades of expertise in the social service field – working both with people who have mental health and substance use disorders. Kelly has an extensive reach and an expansive depth in terms of community connection, building, and resources within the Manchester region as well as throughout the State. She inspires everyone to listen wholly, connect compassionately and to continually support people to initiate and sustain long-term recovery. Kelly has her B.S. in Addictions Mental Health, and will have her MLDAC in the coming months, in addition to being a Certified Peer Recovery Coach and a Trainer for that program.





As a resident of the Upper Valley Region, Wayne has worked in a diverse range of recovery and treatment programs in both Vermont and New Hampshire. Since December 2016 he has served Sullivan County as the Center Manager for our Claremont and Newport Recovery Community Centers.

Wayne will graduate this fall with his BA in Human Services and Addiction Studies through Springfield College, but it is his own lived experience that drives him to work in the recovery realm, and as a person in long-term recovery, he believes in the power and effectiveness of building strong connections within our homes and communities.


Carolee has worked in the field of human services in NH for over 30 years, specializing in working with children and families. She has worked in a variety of settings and has a passion for education, advocacy, collaboration, & training. She is a person in long-term recovery, 27 years. She has been a long-time advocate in New Hampshire for Prevention, Treatment, and Recovery on the local, regional and state level. She has helped start four non-profit agencies in NH. Carolee and her family truly enjoy the scenic beauty of NH and love to spend time outdoors. As the Franklin Center Manager, she is very passionate about building Recovery Capital. Her years of personal and professional experience meld together well, and fuel her passion for her work as a Recovery Coach and a Trainer.


Kelly Charron is customer service professional with sixteen years of management experience. Starting as a cashier at the age of twenty she stood out as a born leader, which led to success early in her career.  Kelly managed several retail operations including Shaw’s Supermarkets, Car Freshner, and Save-A-Lot Food Stores. She has a proven track record, excels at relationship building and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Kelly has a passion for people in her community and is excited about helping those who are in recovery. Kelly is the newest addition to the HOPE team as center manager for our Berlin Recovery Community Center.
